Faced with scarcity and the threat of outside interference, the prophet willed that the people of Halberd Bay be kept safe and fed, no matter the cost. This act aligned perfectly with the god’s nature: provision through devotion, preservation through exclusion.

The waters of the bay became unfailingly bountiful for the faithful, while storms, currents, and fog turned away outsiders. Strangers found it hard to remember the route in; harder still to leave with their catch.
